Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Azustob Global Concept (streamafricaapp.com.ng). We maintain strict policies regarding digital and physical service fulfillment to ensure complete transparency before you finalize any transaction.

1. Digital Products Policy

At Azustob Global Concept, all our digital products (including but not limited to PDF guides, blueprints, ebooks, and digital marketing materials) are delivered instantly via email and direct download links upon successful payment confirmation.

  • Strict NO REFUND Policy: Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital PDF guides, all sales of digital products are strictly final and non-refundable once the download link has been dispatched or accessed.
  • Upon successful payment via Paystack, the intellectual asset is irrecoverably transferred to your machine. Thus, we cannot retrieve it, and as such, refunds cannot be facilitated under any circumstance for digital goods.
  • If you experience a technical error involving a corrupted file, or failure of a download link delivery, you must contact Sobi92213@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Our engineering team will manually verify the transaction and resend the intact digital product to your verified email address immediately.

2. Physical Service Verticals (Salon & POS)

Our commitment to physical services, including Unisex Salon services and POS / Agency Banking installations, follows a distinctly separate SLA structure:

  • 7-Day Dispute Window: For any physical service rendering that falls below standard, clients are granted a 7-day window from the time of service execution to file a formal complaint.
  • Complaints must be submitted formally to our physical address in Lagos, Nigeria, or via email to Sobi92213@gmail.com.
  • Refunds, partial refunds, or complimentary rework for physical services are granted exclusively at the complete discretion of Azustob Global Concept Executive Management upon thorough physical and circumstantial review.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Our payment gateway, Paystack, is equipped with state-of-the-art fraud detection logic.

  • Initiating a chargeback process with your bank or credit card provider for a digital product that our system logs reveal successfully downloaded will be rigorously contested as Friendly Fraud.
  • Users found attempting to circumvent the digital No-Refund policy through illegitimate bank chargebacks will have their IP addresses, emails, and phone numbers permanently banned from future Azustob interfaces, and details may be forwarded to local authorities.
